By accessing or using Mockup Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Mockup Studio is a web-based tool that allows users to create device mockups by uploading images or videos and placing them within various device frames. The Service includes both free and premium features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
4. Premium Subscription
4.1 Pricing and Payment: Premium subscriptions are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
4.2 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until cancelled.
4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
4.4 Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to images, videos, and other content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5.2 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use the content
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Your content is not illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
5.3 Local Processing: Your uploaded content is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property: The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, device mockup designs, and branding, is owned by Mockup Studio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
6.3 Mockup Output: You may use mockups created with our Service for both personal and commercial purposes, including marketing materials, app store listings, portfolios, and presentations.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOCKUP STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mockup Studio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms of Service.
